Manufacturing Defect

Any products with a manufacturing defect will be replaced with no charge, please contact us for return instructions and to obtain an assigned return approval number. All claims should be reported within 3 days of receipt.

For product under warranty if still within the warranty period please contact us and these maybe either replaced or repaired depending on the warranty. Any product outside the warranty period we cannot be responsible for.

Non-Refundable Products

Any product not to be found as our product or sold by us will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

For any returns where there is a change of mind and the product has not been opened it can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase the customer is responsible for return postage charges, refunds will not include shipping charges.
